How My Volleyball Path Led Me To You
Right after I tried my first volleyball clinic at age 9, I literally said out loud “I think I just found my sport”. I instantly loved it. But it wasn't until I started club volleyball two years later that I finally realized the full intricacy of volleyball. By the end of middle school, I was logging my sleep schedule and nutrition, experimenting with which meals gave me the best energy for tournaments, and setting my sights on the top levels of collegiate play.
Through high school, I dedicated myself to the sport, lifting weights, running on the track, doing jump training and immersing myself in technical focus with my coach. I realized how much I loved helping younger players in the club, how energized studying nutrition and physical training was for me, and how my vision for life itself was continuing to evolve. I then committed the rest of my high school and college careers to preparing for the realm of professional volleyball and started to search for methods to create an impact in the volleyball community.

BIGGEST LESSONS SO FAR:
Knowledge is meant to be shared.
There is always room at the top - we rise by lifting others.
The more I work to apply myself as a coach, the better I become as a player due to the valuable lessons I learn from both youth and adults.
